About contract terms We agree to carry out contract terms required in tendering documents, and deliver products to the destination with good quality, correct quantity, and at right time.
Actively associate the buyer to design equipment foundation.
Communicate with the customer, report the manufacture progress, and staff of customers are welcome to be sent to supervise and inspect the equipments.
About the delivery time.
We can guarantee the delivery time regulated in the contract, and make earlier or delayed delivery according to the customer instruction.
After-sale service
Once the contract comes into force, we will provide following service and technical support.
Technical data: catalogue and full set of Final Manufacturing Report
Manuls and installing instruction
Acceptance certificate and packing list
Installing direction: we can provide site installing direction
Commissioning condition: once we got notice of commissioning, and in the case of all equipments, controlling systems and auxiliary systems being installed completely, we will send our technicians for site service.
Acceptance condition: once all of the properties are confirmed to conform to the design code, both parties shall issue Acceptance Report timely.
Warranty scope and period:
The warranty period shall be 12 months since the date of completion of delivery.
Overdue service: after the warranty period, we will also provide lifelong paid service, and spare parts at the cost price.
Response time: we will reach the site within 24 hrs since we are noticed. Others: repair first, responsibility identification second.
Training: We provide training to the buyer FOC. The training mainly covers: structure principle, electrical and controlling principle, installing, operation, maintenance, repair, safety, and others needed.
